Integral Education offers one of the deepest answers to the question, "What can education be when it is at its very best, when it is the embodiment of the fullest, most inspiring learning and growth experience that could be imagined for human beings?" An integral approach to learning recognizes the many different perspectives available in an educational setting and holds a metaperspective incorporating as many different truths as possible. At the same time, a fully integral learning environment also honors goodness and beauty in the areas of ethics, justice, aesthetics, art and spirit.
The seminar program will engage us as educators in exploring ways to attend to our own interior development and continuing growth in our teaching. It will offer examples of how to create meaningful educational experiences that actively engage multiple elements of the integral framework. While sharing experiences and the common ground of our teaching practice, we will reflect on the ways that developmental lines and levels show up in learning spaces, the ways that we can light up the interior and exterior dimensions, as well as the individual and collective ones in the design of curriculum and in the ways we collaborate and create with our students. We will explore the importance of community and the significance of the physical spaces in which learning takes place.

Our time together will offer a breadth of insight and a depth of presence, informing and inspiring in the company of some of the most deeply thoughtful and experienced educators in the integral movement. The integral education program is explicitly designed to offer an integral learning experience to all of the participants in the ways that we will move through the seminar and experience integral teaching and learning first-hand.
